Justice Peace Integrity of Creation is an integral part of our Loreto Education systems. It is a movement in our Loreto Schools all over the world. It is not just something we do but rather an attitude of mind which can change our lives, our way of looking at things, a way by which we relate to others and bind into a community working together for a better world.
JPIC was the outcome of deliberations of the General and the Provincials. This was in response to our foundress, Mary Ward’s greatest desire to love the poor , to persevere in the same and to live and die for them.
The first JPIC meeting in India was held in The Loreto Provincialate, Kolkata, on 18th November, 1996.
